Barge Resigns as Commissioner

Monroe County Commissioner Amanda Barge announced she will resign, this afternoon. Barge is accused of sexual harassment by former independent Monroe County contractor, Brandon Drake. The County Commissioner previously suspended her campaign for Bloomington Mayor. Amanda Barge Speaks Out Against Allegations

Monroe County Commissioner Amanda Barge spoke out this morning against allegations of sexual harassment made against her last week. Former county government contractor Brandon Drake accused Barge of harassment in a March 26th article in the Indiana Daily Student.
