Indiana University Graduates Class of 2019

Indiana University Bloomington graduated nearly ten thousand students over the weekend. On Saturday morning IU Bloomington conferred over 7,000 bachelor’s degrees and, on Friday afternoon, the university also conferred 2,600 post-graduate degrees at Assembly Hall. Former US Senator Richard Lugar Dies at 87

Former United States Senator Richard Lugar died, over the weekend. Lugar, who was Indiana’s longest-running statesman, died on Sunday, at 87 years old. A former two-term mayor of Indianapolis, Lugar served as a U.S. Senator for Indiana, from 1977 to 2013.
