In last night’s Bloomington Common Council meeting, one area resident criticized what he says is the city’s continued prioritization of infrastructure around cars and motorists. As WFHB’s Graham Capito reports, Greg Alexander says, particularly in the wake of an area cyclist’s death, Bloomington needs to prioritize cyclist and pedestrian safety.
