Bloomington Police Department Release Hit-and-Run Passenger Police released the hit-and-run passenger who cleared the way for a car attack on protestors in Bloomington. Racist July 4th Assault Captured On Video at Lake Monroe

Over the July 4th weekend, a group of people physically assaulted local resident Vauhxx Booker at Lake Monroe.  The racist incident was caught on cellphone video by a number of witnesses.
