The Bloomington Police Department captured a suspect in connection with an attempted murder investigation. Brandon Richardson is wanted for allegedly tying up his girlfriend, beating, stabbing and strangling her over a period of three days. Bloomington Dramatically Increases Fee to Access Police Body Cameras and Dash Cams

The city of Bloomington has officially adopted new rules that dramatically increase the cost of accessing footage from police body cameras and dash cams.
