Elena Volochine is the Moscow Bureau Chief for France24. A reporter and documentarian, Volochine spoke at the Indiana University Media School on Tuesday, November 27^th, 2018.

Volochine spoke about propaganda and journalism in Russia. Volochine begins her presentation with an interview from a supposed Ukrainian sailor about Russia’s confiscation of Ukrainian ships. Occasionally, Volochine speaks with a translator in French. She is introduced by I.U. Media School Professor, Elaine Monaghan.
