Featured Segments:

On this episode of ShowRats, host Ollie chats over the phone with Chicago garage-rock girl group The Knee Hi’s from the road. Literally at a gas station mid-tour! The band is made up of Alice, Devyn, and Jaime who share the band’s origins, dating back to December 5th 2019, and what it’s like touring with their second album across the East Coast and Midwest. The tour will bring them to Bloomington, stopping by the Orbit Room tonight at 7 p.m. alongside Ione and Just Penelope.

Damage from the Feb. 19 tornado to the Monroe County Humane Association. (Kathryn Coers Rossman, Feb. 20, 2026, first published in B Square Bulletin).

Up next – from the news department – an EF-2 tornado hit Bloomington last Thursday, causing extensive damage on the west side of the city. WFHB News speaks with Andrew Krebbs, executive director of the Monroe County Humane Association, about how the tornado impacted their operations and what the community can do to help. That’s coming up next on Rewind.

Our next archive segment features excerpts from two 2006 episodes of Bring it On! Both are segments called Dark Past, Bright Future, presented by Jim and Liz Mitchell. They first aired on February 6 and February 13, 2006.

Up next, on February 9, we had a great night in the studio with The Spatulas. Their new single “Flowers” dropped the same week as the session, and they gave us a strong preview of what’s ahead as they gear up for the release of their album A Blue Dot this May. You can catch them live at Blockhouse Bar on April 18, and in the meantime, we’re happy to officially welcome The Spatulas to Bloomington, their new home!
