This month we interview Tracey Hutchings-Goetz with Hoosier Action, a homegrown community organization rooted in small-town Southern Indiana, and led by their members. Hoosier Action has been a leader in advocating for the Indiana Medicaid program and supporting Hoosiers who need healthcare.

From the podcast: ”Medicaid members do actually have rights, and Medicaid members do have things that they can do if they are kicked off in error. Those things include reaching out to Indiana Legal Services or filing an appeal, or reaching out to their elected officials, both at the state and federal level to intervene on their behalf.”
