Last week the Hoosier Environmental Council announced a long list of concerns it has with legislation that been proposed by lawmakers in the Indiana Senate and Statehouse. In today’s WFHB feature, Environmental Council director Jesse Kharbanda and staff attorney Kim Ferraro talk about those proposed laws, which they say could impact a citizen’s right to farm, as well as the way energy companies change their rates. Kharbanda and Ferraro discussed the issues in a conference call with reporters.
