Interchange – CJAM: Julia Dadds and David Nosko

Host Dave Stewart welcomes Julia Dadd and David Nosko of the Community Justice and Mediation Center of Bloomington, Indiana, to Interchange.  CJAM is a free service for people who would like to resolve differences. This lively and entertaining discussion describes the process of mediation used by CJAM and contains wonderful insights into dispute resolution.  David Nosko, current Managing Director of the (Bloomington) Community Justice and Mediation Center, ends the interview by likening our community as being akin to a quilt, and provides an excellent metaphor for how we can co-exist in harmony.
