How will Indiana respond to new rules about air pollution? States east of Indiana have complained for years about pollution from Indiana and other Midwest states. —Norm Holy

The Indiana Volkswagen Mitigation Trust Fund Committee awarded $3,361,120 to nine companies in Indiana to help reduce diesel emissions in its latest round of funding on Feb. 24.

Learn all about the Woodpeckers of Indiana at Brown County State Park on Saturday, March 25th, from 11 to 11:45 am. Join radio personality, Don Glass, who is a park expert, bird enthusiast, and NPR’s “Moment of Science” show host, for a presentation and discussion about Indiana’s seven species of native woodpeckers.
