An earlier version of this story stated the next meeting of the Monroe County Alcoholic Beverage Board was on June 3. It has since been corrected.

Monroe County National Organization for Women Vice President Cathi Crabtree brought video and audio, allegedly capturing illegal activity at Kilroy’s on Kirkwood, before the Monroe County Alcoholic Beverage Board, yesterday morning.

The three videos allegedly show cocaine use, drunk employees walking into a women’s restroom where cocaine is out, and the use of a taser by a patron on another patron, in front of a crowd. The videos come as commissioners use three criteria to determine whether the establishment will receive a permit renewal: the establishment must be of good moral character, must not be a public nuisance, and must not allow illegal activity on their premises.

As WFHB’s Graham Capito reports, the videos and testimony comes as the popular Bloomington bar is asking for a renewal of their permit to serve alcohol. The next meeting of the Board is on June 5.
