Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) will stump for 9th Congressional District candidate Liz Watson, at Indiana University on Friday.
WFHB News Director Wes Martin and Reporter Gabe Donnelly, sit down with Watson to discuss Sanders’ endorsement, the Get Out the Vote rally, the election against incumbent Congressman Trey Hollingsworth, campaign finance reform, and her relationship with defeated primary Democratic rival, Dan Canon.
Sanders will speak at the Get Out The Vote rally on Friday, October 19 at 11 a.m. at Dunn Meadow, on the IU-Bloomington campus. The deadline for absentee voting by mail is October 29 and November 1, in person. Election Day this fall is November 6.
