On today’s edition of Bring It On!, hosts, Clarence Boone and Liz Mitchell speak with Rashad Nelms, who has have served in leadership and management positions for the United Nations World Food Program (WFP) for 18 years and in more than 21 countries. As an International Executive, Rashad helps clients lead and manage more confidently, operate more efficiently and effectively, increase cost-savings, and strengthen staff recruitment and retention. As a strategic advisor in the UN, he has worked with Fortune 500 senior executives, celebrities, and international philanthropic institutions as part of his work.

He is also a frequent lecturer and guest speaker at higher education institutions across the country on emotional intelligence, leadership, collaboration, management, and more. He is currently on sabbatical from the World Food Program and serve as an Executive-In-Residence with IU. In this role, he helps diversify the university’s faculty and staff hiring, and helps prepare graduate and undergraduate students for the global workforce. He joins the show today to discuss his exciting involvement with the United Nations.
