Hosts Clarence Boone and Roberta Radovich spend the hour speaking with Dr. Terri Francis, director of the IU Black Film Center/Archive and Associate Professor of Cinema and Media Studies. She is joined by IU Professor of French and Italian Dr. Vincent Bouchard. They are here today to to discuss Bouchard’s symposium on Paulin Soumanou Vieyra (1925-1987), a Senegalese filmmaker and historian, who is one of the most important figures in all of African cinema.
