On tonight’s edition of Bring It On!, hosts, Clarence Boone and William Hosea, spend the hour with Professor Joseph Hoffman (emeritus) to assess the current state of U.S. politics.

Our current national politics can best be described as a 3-ring circus. Here on Bring It On! we are not at a loss for topics to discuss. There are Trump’s latest legal woes; a proposed “National Divorce” by GOP poster-child Marjorie Taylor Green; the release of over 44,000 hours of surveillance footage of the January 6th insurrection to FOX news by Speaker Kevin McCarthy and a couple of U.S. Supreme Court cases addressing social media, and North Carolina election laws. And let’s not forget a multi-billion-dollar defamation lawsuit against FOX news network. Here to help us decipher the legal implications in the political- sphere is Indiana University Law Professor Joseph Hoffman, an award-winning scholar and Harry Pratter Professor of Law Emeritus, and past recipient of the Law School Gavel Award.
