It’s been a while, loves! Good to be posting here, again. Justin and Ireland are working and taking care of their partner, respectively. I have an update on this year’s TDoR: Transgender Day of Remembrance that is happening at the Back Door on Saturday, November 20th, at 7 -9 pm.
We were dressing memorial candles for the observance, an idea from Smoove and Brick, and some lovely people came to help including: Smoove, Elbe, Marcie, Amanda, and Gwen! Afterwards, it led to new friendships and me staying for a couple of interviews and the entirety of the Open Stage Night performances. These new, young Queens are so good! Queens: Alice D, Lina Coke, and Pricilla Dots.
We are still looking for a sound engineer to join our team! If you are or know of one, contact us: [email protected]. We have been pre-recording, editing, and uploading for a year and a half, but need to get back on live radio. It’s a volunteer position, Thursdays from about 5:45-7:15 at WFHB HQ.
