Veteran service organizations have a problem: their volunteer pool is aging out. Not enough younger volunteers are signing up to replace the older volunteers who are retiring. Jenny Tracy discovered this problem at the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 18 in Bloomington when she went there looking for help while her husband was deployed. Now she pays it forward by supporting local National Guard families and recruiting the next generation of service volunteers.
