Planned Parenthood and the American Civil Liberties Union of Indiana are suing the state of Indiana over abortion legislation passed in this Spring’s Short Session.
Last week, a U.S. District Court announced the trial will begin on June 8. WFHB Correspondent Jonah Chester reports.
