Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller joined this morning with the director of the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Consumer Protection David Vladic in a joint effort entitled “Operation Lost Opportunity.” This effort will help better protect consumers who have been solicited fraudulent small business ideas that require start-up costs.
