Eco Feature – October 4, 2018

Researchers from governmental agencies and universities around Indiana are collaborating to study the potential impact of climate change on the state. The resulting studies make up the Indiana Climate Change Impacts Assessment, led by the Purdue Climate Change Research Center.

Dr. Tomas Hook is one of those researchers. He’s a professor of Aquatic Sciences at Purdue, and the director of the Illinois-Indiana Sea Grant. Dr. Hook spoke with WFHB’s Norm Holy about recent research into how Indiana’s aquatic systems are likely to respond to climate change.
