The preliminarily adopted Terrestrial Invasive Plants Rule is moving toward final adoption by the State of Indiana. One step in the approval process is the public comment period, which culminates in a public hearing on Wednesday, December 19th. WFHB Assistant News Director Sarah Vaughan reports.
