Congress is currently reconciling the Senate and House of representatives respective Farm Bills, both of which won largely partisan support. Among the proposed changes are increases in requirements for Hoosiers to qualify for SNAP benefits – formerly called food stamps. In today’s Feature Report, WFHB Correspondent Jonah Chester takes us through how the proposed changes could effect Hoosiers, particularly when it comes to new regulations to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program.
