Negotiations between the Communication Worker of America and AT&T Midwest took a turn this week as ninety two percent of AT&T Midwest union members voted to authorize a strike if a fair contract cannot be reached by the midnight deadline on April seventh. WFHB correspondent Jennifer Whitaker spoke first to Marty Richter, a spokesman for AT&T, and then to Jane Phillips, vice president of CWA local 4900 Indianapolis about the pending contract negotiations, for this WFHB feature exclusive.
