On November 26th, Indiana Equality Action released a publication titled “More Than Just A Couple: 614 Reasons Why Marriage Equality Matters in Indiana.” Research for this compendium was conducted by students at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. The publication identifies 614 Indiana Laws that mention or dictate civil marriage status. The project was meant to objectively identify the impact of proposed amendments to the Indiana constitution that would define civil marriage. We’ll hear from the authors of the compendium in this WFHB feature exclusive.
