Monroe County to Hold 3rd Annual Childhood Conditions Summit

The Monroe County Youth Services Bureau announced today their third annual Monroe County Childhood Conditions Summit is scheduled for Thursday, December 6th, at the Monroe County Convention Center.

The Summit, which is prepared along with support from Building a Thriving Compassionate Community, is accepting workshop proposals through September 7th. Stephanie Solomon with the Monroe County Youth Services Bureau says previous Monroe County Childhood Conditions Summit have attracted over 200 participants.

The Monroe County Youth Service Bureau is currently taking opinions as to residents’ priorities, concerns- and ideas for action- related to the theme of Connections. Youth Services Bureau is conducting a community survey Wednesday, August 22 from 4:30-6:00 p.m. at Butler Park to shape content for the event.
