Since long before the passage of Obamacare, Bloomington’s own Volunteers In Medicine has been providing free care to people who can’t otherwise afford it. And despite the health care law, the free clinic continues to see many clients. To find out more, WFHB News Director Joe Crawford spoke with the executive director of Volunteers in Medicine, Nancy Richman.
