El Centro Comunal Latino works for our community and offers different services. El Centro offers (virtual) tutoring services, also El Centro can work with you and health prevention when it comes to diabetes, high blood pressure, among others. Maritza describes the process of what to do if she has symptoms of COVID19. The Center is connected to the Healthnet and gives us the process of how to communicate with them. El Centro connects community members with immigration attorneys if needed. Martiza is also in communication with a future clinic. She also tells us that there is a vaccine available for people over 64 years of age, for an orientation on the vaccine you can call 812-355-7513.
