 Yanet Pumariega:

  • Member of the Cuban official delegations to US-Cuba
    governmental negotiations on claims and maritime

Dariel Quintana:

  • Third Secretary at the Embassy of the Republic of Cuba in Washington,
    D.C. since August 2017, at the political section.
  • From January 2017 until June 2017, he worked at the Embassy of the
    Republic of Cuba in Washington, D.C. as Diplomatic Attaché on the
    information section.
  • Since 2013 he has worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Cuba at
    the U.S. General Division.
  • In 2013 he graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Higher Institute of
    Foreign Relations “Raúl Roa García.”
  •  Embassy of Cuba in the United States of America, Washington,
