Congress passed a bill to combat the ongoing opioid epidemic yesterday; The Indiana University Office of Parking Operations impounded over 150 electric scooters since the arrival of rental services such as Lime and Bird in Bloomington; A 600-bedroom apartment complex proposed for Bloomington’s east side continues to receive scrutiny from both the city and area residents; The City of Bloomington will soon be charging residents for recycling.

Anti-abortion protesters at Indiana University’s Bloomington campus had their signs vandalized. WFHB correspondent Annie Aguiar brings us a report about why the university must allow protesters to continue to come to campus.
