The Bloomington City Council approved a guiding document for the city’s armored vehicle last night; Kirkwood Ave. will be closed on the south side of the courthouse next Tuesday, SCOTUS ruled against labor unions yesterday in a decision that will effect the countries unions for years to come, Indiana is still waiting to receive $7.6 million in funding from the federal government for election security, The Monroe County Health Department has debuted a new tool to connect patients with substance abuse treatment services.

FEATURE:  This Saturday, protests across the country are scheduled to push back against the detention of immigrants on the U.S.-Mexico border. Gracillia Valliant is one of the speakers scheduled to talk at the Bloomington protest. On today’s feature report, she speaks with WFHB news director Wes Martin on the current state of the immigration debate.
