Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy announces his retirement from the bench; The U.S. Supreme Court upheld President Trump’s travel ban; Bloomington’s housing market doubled in value compared to the rest of the state; Monroe County Community School Corporation is putting additional safety measures in place, in preparation for the new school year; The Indiana Department of Environmental Management is issuing its third air quality warning this month.

FEATURE: Whole Women’s Health Alliance, Dr. Jeffrey Glazer, and All Options Pregnancy Resource Center in Bloomington filed a lawsuit against the state of Indiana. WFHB correspondent Frances Sheets reports the lawsuit claims the state of Indiana holds burdensome and restrictive regulations when it comes to access to women’s reproductive rights.
