The city of Bloomington is selling bonds to raise money for Mayor John Hamilton’s Parks initiative; Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb has accepted the resignation of the state’s Department of Veterans’ Affairs Director, Jim Brown; The budget will be tight for January’s upcoming session of the Indiana Legislature, that’s according to Indiana House Speaker Brian Bosma; The Monroe County Council has requested more time for public comment on a logging and controlled burn project planned for the Hoosier National Forest.
