City of Bloomington administrators seem set on replacing the downtown Fourth Street parking garage, but the idea of repairing the structurally-unsound garage is resurfacing; City of Bloomington Utilities customers will likely see a $5.15 increase in their utility bills, next year; The Indiana State Teachers Association is pushing for teacher raises to be brought up, when the state legislature reconvenes, in January; The Indiana Department of Natural Resources announced warns residents should expect to see more coyotes, during the coming winter months.

The Monroe County Chapter of the NAACP and the Racial Justice Task Force of the Unitarian Universalist Church of Bloomington will announce policy recommendations and review their findings over the disproportionate number of Blacks from Monroe County in the criminal justice system at a press conference, tomorrow. WFHB Correspondent Annie Aguiar speaks with NAACP Chapter President, Jim Sims.
