The Monroe County Chapter of the NAACP and the Racial Justice Task Force of the Unitarian Universalist Church of Bloomington will announce policy recommendations and review their findings over the disproportionate number of Blacks from Monroe County in the criminal justice system at a press conference, tomorrow.
