The city of Bloomington released its proposed annual budget, on Friday. The 300-page document outlines 90 million dollars worth of expenditures; A new wheel tax is being considered to help the Town of Ellettsville pay for infrastructure; Lawrence, Green, and Monroe Counties are all among counties with the highest unemployment rates in the state.
