WFHB Correspondent Abe Shapiro reported on the highlights of last week’s oral arguments of the Indiana-based Supreme Court case Talevski V Marion HHC, which involves an Indiana nursing home and its treatment of one of its residents. This week, we look at the final oral arguments put forth by Marion County’s Health and Human Services attorney Lawrence Robbins during his turn in front of the justices before reviewing the rebuttal from the Talevski Family lawyer Andrew Tutt.
