City to Reconsider 4th St. Garage Repair

The Bloomington Common Council is expected to revisit their decision to repair, instead of replacing, the downtown 4th st. parking garage. The city administration previously pressured the Bloomington City Council to pass a measure to tear down and rebuild the city’s 35-year-old downtown garage.
