We’re back with your weekly LGBTQ+ news update! We’ll talk about the current drama with the supreme court cases concerning LGBTQ+ rights in the workplace. We also have a story about the BMV’s halt on allowing a non-binary gender option on Indiana’s driver’s licenses and state IDs. They are expected to have a hearing on the subject on November 15th. Finally, we have a report about 3 christian organizations who have presented a lawsuit that would invalidate ordinances in Indianapolis, Bloomington, Carmel, and Columbus that protect members of the LGBTQ+ community from discrimination. The lawsuit argues that changes to the Religious Freedom Restoration Act allowing local governments to maintain their own ordinances is unconstitutional.

As always, please feel free to contact us with questions or comments about the show at [email protected].

Music this week comes from The Experience by Alphington. Alphington is the songwriting vehicle of Alif Thomas Dodds, joined by his band, from Melbourne, Austrailia.
