Triple Trouble this time! Con games are appearing on the internet, on the phone, and in the mail. First off, a lot of people use the internet to keep up with their favorite celebrities, and in some cases, that turns out to be very dangerous. Then, up in New Castle, Indiana, people are getting bogus text messages on their phones, saying that the local police chief –and they use Chief Matt Schofield’s name – is conducting an investigation into cellphone scamming, and telling them to call a phone number. Finally, one of our listeners got a scary document in the mail. It looked exactly like it came from the Indiana Department of Transportation.
