Monroe County Commissioner Amanda Barge announced the formation of an exploratory committee to look into a possible run for Bloomington Mayor, last Fall.
Last night, at Upland Brewery in Bloomington, Barge announced she will run against incumbent Mayor John Hamilton in this Spring’s Democratic Primary. Barge speaks with WFHB News Director Wes Martin, about her decision to run and what she’s heard from area residents during her ‘listening tour’ of Monroe County.
