In Indiana, you need to be both a U.S. citizen and a resident of the state, and at least 18 years old on or before the next general or municipal election. Voters must reside in the precinct they vote in at least 30 days prior to an election. If you have a criminal conviction in Indiana, you can still vote, as long as you’re not currently serving a sentence.
