Welcome to the Playing Your Part Episode of Hearabouts: Asian American Midwest Radio! Hearabouts is produced by WFHB and Indiana University’s Asian Culture Center. We ask critical questions about identity, culture, community and shared assumptions.

On today’s episode, Host Kaela Mei-Shing Garvin interviews Yuko Kurahashi Ph.D., a professor in the School of Theatre and Dance at Kent State University. Dr. Kurahashi speaks about her experiences in theatre as an Asian American woman, in addition to the Asian theatre scene.
