Alain Barker, director of Entrepreneurship & Career Development at the IU Jacobs School of Music will offer a 2-hour workshop for local artists on ways to establish financial sustainability. Using a Design Thinking exercise to begin with, the session will include guidance on planning, budgeting, income generation, grant writing, fundraising, and marketing.
