Centered on two characters, Melissa Gardner and Andrew Makepeace Ladd III, Love Letters is a Pulitzer Prize for Drama Finalist by A. R. Gurney. Spanning nearly 50 years, the true loves discuss the hopes and ambitions, dreams and disappointments, victories and defeats – that have passed between them throughout their separated lives.
