Morgenstern's Books, 849 Auto Mall Rd, Bloomington
Learn to create a beautiful ecological landscape or garden growing healthful foods across all four seasons. The club will meet weekly on Thursdays, beginning August 25 through Oct 27.
“Utilizing my knowledge of Health and Well-being coaching and Lifestyle Medicine, I’m aware that many are talking about calories only, and not which foods provide nutrients that will keep them healthy. Many Americans aren’t aware that foods can also help prevent diseases, presented in Dr. Li’s book. Also important are the recipes in two of the books to help bring awareness to eating in season, and that preparation methods can enhance or detract from nutrient bioavailability.”
