Registration required by calling 812.378.0358 between noon and 2 pm on the day of the clinic.
A volunteer attorney will return calls to registered individuals from 3-5:30 pm. Receive advice on Civil Legal Issues including:
Family law (child support, custody, divorce, parenting time)
Guardianships
Powers of Attorney
Protective Orders
Simple Wills and Small Estates
Receive advice on Housing Legal Issues including:
Eviction/Housing Issues
Damages Hearings
Sealing of Eviction Records
Individuals calling the Legal Aid Phone Clinic can expect to receive a brief consultation to answer civil or housing legal matters over the phone. Registered individuals must be available between 3 pm and 5:30 pm to answer a call from an attorney.
