Award-winning violinist Robin Scott has built a varied career as a soloist, chamber musician, and concertmaster. He has competed internationally, winning first prizes in the California International Young Artists Competition and the WAMSO Young Artist Competition in Minnesota, and second prizes in the Yehudi Menuhin International Violin Competition, the Irving M. Klein International String Competition, and the Stulberg International String Competition.
Pianist Chih-Yi Chen’s versatile qualities as a collaborative partner, chamber musician, and teacher have contributed to a distinguished international career. Chen has been on the faculty of the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music since 2003 and is the associate chair of the Chamber and Collaborative Music Department. She was a recipient of the 2023 IU Trustees Teaching Award.
