On May 2nd, 2022, a draft by the Supreme Court entailing the future of abortion rights was leaked to the public. The newfound opinion of the Supreme Court against reproductive rights inspired anger, fear, and hopelessness in people around the country. During sweltering heat on Saturday, Pridefest took place in downtown Bloomington after happening virtually last year.
