For more than 17 years, the Bloomington Christmas Sing-Along has been a tradition in our community. A unique, free, family-friendly event where you will hear Christmas arrangements like never before. Local musicians join forces with a children’s choir, Jacob’s School of Music students and local churches. Don’t miss this one-of-a-kind experience featuring an eclectic variety of musical styles. Krista Detor brings back her live holiday show for two nights at the Constellation Playhouse. Joined by bandmates Dena El Saffar, David Weber, Steve Mascari, Pat Otto, and Rod Taylor – with guests including Sam Bartlett & Eric Schedler, this holiday show promises some brand new music, and, as always, SURPRISE guests! A holiday mini-market of local artists and artisans, as well as Beer & Wine and holiday snack offerings make this a perfect way to celebrate the season in community and some of Bloomington’s most talented performers! Grab a ticket and a cup of holiday cheer and buckle up for a wild holiday romp!

About the host:
Hailing from the faraway mystical land of rural Alabama, Faggedy Ann has been performing in drag and burlesque since 2013. Their referential style encompasses campy glamor while often pulling from film, fine arts, and queer history. Faggedy is a visual artist currently based in Indianapolis, IN.
About The Nightmare Before Christmas
Bored with the same old scare-and-scream routine, Pumpkin King Jack Skellington longs to spread the joy of Christmas. But his merry mission puts Santa in jeopardy and creates a nightmare for good little boys and girls everywhere. Featuring the voice talents of Danny Elfman, Chris Sarandon, Catherine O’Hara, and Paul Reubens.
Doors open at 8:30 for registration and set up. Sitting begins at 9:00.
Hoosier Heartland Shambhala Meditation Group (HHSMG) is holding a half-day meditation retreat. Come and meditate with others in an inspirational setting. We alternate between sitting meditation and walking meditation/yoga with a tea break mid-morning. Bring a lunch and join us for conversation afterwards. At noon, we will have some dharma books to share for a $5 donation.
The Bloomington Winter Farmers’ Market is the oldest winter market in Indiana as it enters its 21st year serving the community of Bloomington.
The BWFM has a diversity of vendors and products including fresh produce, local meat and poultry, dairy products, eggs, maple syrup, honey products, breads, baked goods, jams and sauces, prepared foods, locally roasted coffee, cut flowers, seeds and plants, artisanal crafts and many other items.
