Climate change has been and will likely continue to be a defining issue of our time. The topic has become so politicized that it is difficult to decipher the status of the science from the amplified political noise that currently engulfs it. White will provide a brief update of the science. He will also touch on several aspects of the changing political landscape that affects the advancement of the science, which is essential to development of smart policy.
Immediately following White’s presentation members of Citizens’ Climate Lobby will hold a letter writing party for Green Drinks participants who would like to help build the political will for a stable climate.
